Recycled Silver Statement Cuff

This statement cuff is handcrafted from recycled sterling silver, and thus bears the texture of plates of scrap fused together to form a sheet from which the base is forged. Thick, sturdy silver bands form the sides of the cuff and can be carefully adjusted. (It is recommended that you provide your wrist circumference so that it may be sized for you before shipping, as the metal is VERY thick.) Soldered links of chain and a lobster claw clasp add extra security to your wrist. The center of the cuff features a stunning, shimmery blue labradorite, the color of a stormy blue sky just before the clouds roll in. The back of the cuff is left open to allow the beautiful color of the stone to be seen, and so that the stone itself can be in direct contact with the wearer’s skin. The back of the cabochon has some surface chipping, which is how it was received from the stone cutter. Turn the labradorite one way to see it’s flashy color, and the other way will show you a pond of deep, frozen ice. The stone measures  61x36 mm.
