  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

     Returns are made on a case-by-case basis.

    -As every single item is tediously crafted and fully inspected for any potential flaws in craftsmanship before shipment, it is unlikely that damage via craftsmanship should occur. Furthermore, items are always very carefully packaged, though accidents in the mail can happen. Should your item arrived damaged from transit, please include a photograph of the packaging, the gift box, and the item damage with your message.

    -If you need to cancel your (non-custom) order and it has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be granted. If however postage has been purchased, a refund minus the cost of postage will be granted. If the item has already shipped, a refund minus the cost of postage will be granted upon receiving the returned package. Customer is responsible for return shipping for cancellations made after shipment.

    -Argentum Nocturna reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any order for any reason.

    -Returns for unworn items must be dispatched for return within 7 days of delivery. After which, Argentum Nocturna reserves the right to refuse the return. If you anticipate a delay, please contact the shop to make arrangements.

    -If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Argentum Nocturna so that the issue may be resolved. I strive to provide the best customer service possible, and if you are not absolutely satisfied, I would love to know how I might improve my product or your experience.

    -A photograph should accompany refund requests for claims of damage, regardless of the source of occurrence.

    -Refunds for returned items will be given in full, minus the cost of postage, provided the item arrives in the same condition in which it was originally sent to the customer.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Argentum Nocturna ships worldwide except Russia, Italy, and countries where certain items are prohibited. Please check your local postal regulations to determine whether you can order such items to your country. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Insurance is only available for US citizens at this time. If you are uncertain as to your country's postal restrictions, please contact the shop before placing your order.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, domestic orders can take between 1-6 business days, while international orders can take up to two weeks to arrive. Should you need your order in a rush, please contact the shop to make arrangements before purchasing to ensure that it is possible to meet your deadline. Rush orders may incur a rush fee.

  • What options are available for shipping?

     Most items ship via USPS First Class to offer the lowest price possible. 

    Due to their weight, candles ship Priority and include both tracking and insurance.

  • Do you accept commissions or custom orders?

     Yes! I will work with you side-by-side, piece-by-piece to form the perfect design. (Deposit payment must be submitted before supplies can ordered).

  • Do you offer gift-packaging?

     All items arrive gift-boxed or specially wrapped at no extra charge.

  • I damaged my item from use! My pet/child/significant other broke it! Do you offer repairs?

     Accidents happen! Should you experience such an accident, please contact Argentum Nocturna and provide photographs so the damage can be assessed. Some damages can be repaired but may require supply fees. Labor is gratis for such repairs. Customer is responsible for all shipping fee.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

     If you have an issue with an order from this store, please contact the store directly through the Contact form.
