Refund policy
Returns are made on a case-by-case basis.
-As every single item is tediously crafted and fully inspected for any potential flaws in craftsmanship before shipment, it is unlikely that damage via craftsmanship should occur. Furthermore, items are always very carefully packaged, though accidents in the mail can happen. Should your item arrived damaged from transit, please include a photograph of the packaging, the gift box, and the item damage with your message.
-If you need to cancel your (non-custom) order and it has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be granted. If however postage has been purchased, a refund minus the cost of postage will be granted. If the item has already shipped, a refund minus the cost of postage will be granted upon receiving the returned package. Customer is responsible for return shipping for cancellations made after shipment.
-Argentum Nocturna reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any order for any reason.
-Returns for unworn items must be dispatched for return within 7 days of delivery. After which, Argentum Nocturna reserves the right to refuse the return. If you anticipate a delay, please contact the shop to make arrangements.
-If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Argentum Nocturna so that the issue may be resolved. I strive to provide the best customer service possible, and if you are not absolutely satisfied, I would love to know how I might improve my product or your experience.
-A photograph should accompany refund requests for claims of damage, regardless of the source of occurrence.
-Refunds for returned items will be given in full, minus the cost of postage, provided the item arrives in the same condition in which it was originally sent to the customer.
